The 600-acre Ignatius Jesuit Centre in Guelph, Ontario, hosts the religious practices of individuals and groups from around the world. |
|
|
The integrity of the centre is now threatened by major commercial
construction on adjacent lands that also include two historic cemeteries.
Members of many world religions, including Aboriginal, Anglican, Baptist,
Buddhist, Catholic, Daoist, Hindu, Lutheran, United, and Zen have
gathered to protect this sacred land.
